Our Projects

The Beacon

The Beacon is our youth support meeting that has been meeting since July 2018. This meeting is for youth ages 13 to 20 years of age. It is a safe environment that promotes community and working towards recovery and developing the life skills to be successful in all they want to accomplish.

Real Talk/Real Support

Real Talk/Real Support is our family support meeting that we hope will relaunch in 2024. This meeting brings local resources in every other weeks so that families can learn what resources are available in our community and skills that can help them best support their family member nagvigating behavioral health system.

The other weeks are for connection and sharing. Similar to what we have created with The Beacon youth meeting these weeks are for the family members to share about the struggles they are facing and have a safe environment they can share about it all without judgement.

Katy Fund

The Katy Fund was inspired by a previous Beacon youth. Our leaders get to know the youth that come weekly to our youth support meeting very well. We serve youth from all walks of life and often find youth are coming from homes that may not have the best support systems. Usually due to active addiction or mental health issues within the family unit.

The Katy Fund is available to help youth secure necessary items that can assist them in securing work, health insurance, access to SUD and mental health treatment, and so much more. These funds can be requested for help with securing items like a government identification card, GED testing, Driver’s licensing, and other expenses. Email info@thejordanprojectcc.org for more information or see the Katy Fund page on this site for more information.

Coming Soon

We have more projects in the works and will announce them as soon as we are able.
